This 13 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 at the Highland Ardmore distillery before maturing in a select ex-Pedro Ximinez (PX) Sherry barrels for 13 years. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1774 bottles were produced.
Expect Smoked ham, glazed with sticky brown sugar.
