The initial stock came from Queensland where NTA purchased 20 pairs. This was back in 2015. At that time 5 pairs of the initial stock was kept and bred locally. The initial stock came from Queensland where NTA purchased 20 pairs. This was back in 2015. At that time 5 pairs of the initial stock was kept and bred locally. Over the years however we have found that this is a highly resilient strain and they are beautiful and hard to get.
Rest assured that the quality of the progeny came from 3-4 different bloodlines and they have been kept pure all this time. These fish are strong compared to their imported counterparts.
We normally get these every 6 months and it is not an opportunity to be missed.
