Product Overview

Two dimensional porous carbon nanosheets (PCN) are carbon nanomaterials with a two-dimensional structure and high porosity, and their unique properties have wide applications in sodium ion batteries. Sodium ion battery is a type of secondary battery (rechargeable battery), which mainly relies on the movement of sodium ions between the positive and negative electrodes to achieve the charging and discharging process. Sodium ion batteries include a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte, a separator, and a current collector. The structure and performance of the positive and negative electrode materials determine the sodium storage performance of the entire battery. The positive and negative electrodes are separated by a diaphragm to prevent short circuits, the electrolyte serves as a medium for ion circulation, and the current collector plays a role in collecting and transmitting electrons. The positive and negative electrode materials of sodium ion batteries can accommodate more sodium ions, thus possessing high capacity storage capacity and able to withstand a large number of charge and discharge cycles, making them more suitable for long-term use and high-intensity application scenarios.

Biomedical field: as a drug carrier or biosensor component, utilizing its high surface area and pore structure to achieve controlled drug release and detection of biomolecules.
