This is our smallest Big Bore Billet Reed Engine! The 40GT is designed to be a easy to use, affordable and extremely durable big bore RC engine at a fantastic price.

Now shipping with our updated V2 Crankcases and V2 Ignition System: Improved internal transfer flow, updated primary compression ratio, Japanese Oppama Ignition system with a host of benefits including reduced overall weight and finally improved finishing around 3D milling faces for an even better than our already industry leading machining

The engine comes WITHOUT a carb or pipe as by popular demand, so you can use any of the Big bore RC pipes on the market or pick up used pipes on the facebook groups.

We have however listed out a number of options so you can build a 40GT Complete top spec package. If you would like any other custom options like anodising, please get in touch.

  • 40cc Billet Reed engine (40mm Bore x 32mm Stroke)
  • Custom made lightweight full circle crankshaft
  • TAYLOR Custom GT Triple Exhaust Port Cylinder
  • V2 Oppama Ignition System for less weight, better spark and more reliability
  • TAYLOR Reed System (made by Moto Tassanari) with 8 custom high tension carbon-fibre petals.
  • Comes without carb as standard but you can add this.

Custom Anodising is available in all colours and even Dual Colour Splash anodising! Please just get in touch after placing an order to discuss.

For installation on the Rovan LT KM X2 and 30N DTT trucks select Losi 5IVE-T fitment. Rovan/KM Baja select the Baja fitment

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
