FAQs

What is the long-term ROI of using a MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop?

Although the initial cost of a magnetic embroidery frame may seem higher, the long-term ROI quickly outweighs it. By saving up to 30–40 seconds per hooping and lowering fabric rejection rates by nearly 20%, your labor and material costs drop significantly. The ability to handle larger or complex designs without rehooping enables more premium orders. Most users find it pays for itself within a few months of regular production.

Which MaggieFrame size should I use for t-shirt logo embroidery?

For left-chest logo embroidery on t-shirts, a 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm) magnetic embroidery hoop for SHODA machines is ideal. These sizes provide perfect stability and control for small designs while minimizing wasted stabilizer. For full-front designs or larger motifs, sizes around 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or this 10.5″ × 12.4″ (265 × 315 mm) hoop ensure optimal coverage and hooping comfort.

Can this MaggieFrame hoop hold multi-layered fabrics such as lined bags?

Yes. The MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop is engineered with strong magnets that securely grip multiple layers, including thick fabrics, linings, and stabilizers. It prevents fabric shifting and puckering when embroidering structured pieces such as bags or jackets on SHODA machines. This ensures crisp stitch definition and balanced tension through every layer without excessive manual adjustments.

Is a magnetic hoop better for live event embroidery setups?

Absolutely. For on-site or market embroidery events, the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame is a game changer. You can hoop items in as little as 3 seconds, allowing faster turnover and higher throughput. Its tool-free design eliminates screw adjustments, making setup quick and professional. For SHODA embroidery machines, it boosts both speed and presentation—ideal for small-business branding or live demonstrations.

Subpar everything
Format: Hardcover
I read almost all the new Batman comics that come out...I haven't been this disappointed in a book in a LOOOOONG time. So boring. Bad art. Bad dialogue. Superficial/basic characters. No emotion. Half-baked Elseworlds universe (if you going to make some changes - make it worth it!). I could go on. When it got to the "big twist" at the end, my eyes rolled so hard I got a headache. I wish I didn't waste my money on this.

Better than the Chronicles
Format: Paperback
I hope DC keeps on publishing these omnibus series up to the silver age and also the softcover option. I much prefer these new softcover editions over the older chronicles series for several reasons. These STGA softcovers are very big almost twice the stories compared to the chronicles and at a very affordable price. Actually a very good price. Also the paper is one hundred times better, I hated the chronicles' paper. Amazon is wonderful too, they now deliver my comics to my house in Costa Rica in less than a couple of weeks, they always arrive before the scheduled time. Excellent service. The only thing to complain is the reproduction. I consider that Marvel makes better efforts than DC to restore their GA stuff. The Cory Sedlemeier books like the Marvel Comics Golden Age omnibus look like they were drawn this morning. DC is usually quite cheaper and prefers not invest in that. So we get the same results as the old early 2000s Archives. I know today it is impossible to get original art pages of action comics 1-10 But I still think that compared to Marvel DC is very lazy and a skintflint when it comes to restoring their old books.

Got it for my college class, it was a required text.
Format: Paperback
Got this book for one my college class, no joke this was a required text. But overall it was an okay read, only reason why I gave it a 4 out 5 is because I prefer to read books for enjoyment and interest, reading a book for class takes that away.
