Lepicol is a three-in-one fibre supplement combining gentle psyllium husk, live bacterial cultures and inulin to support healthy, regular bowels. The main fibre source is psyllium husk (Plantago ovata), which helps normalise stool size while forming a soft gel that eases movement through the lower digestive tract. Inulin from chicory root supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. Lepicol is manufactured by ADM Protexin in a state-of-the-art facility with accreditations including cGMP and ISO 9001:2008. Strength: minimum of 120 million CFU/g (1.2 x 10^8 CFU/g), equivalent to 600 million CFU per 5 g dose (6.0 x 10^8 CFU/5 g). Allergen advice: May contain soya and milk as these are used in the growth media of the strains; traces of milk are at a level that would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers.

soft finish for upper lip and chin area
I pay close attention to fine facial hair, especially around my upper lip and chin area. Under strong lighting, those small hairs can appear more visible, so I have been looking for a gentle way to care for this area without anything harsh or overly complicated. At night, after cleansing my face and completing my basic skincare, I apply this oil as the final step. It feels like a light finishing layer over the skin. I use a very small amount, about one or two drops, warm it between my fingertips, then gently press it onto the upper lip and chin area. There is no stinging sensation, and the scent is very mild, which makes the application feel calm and comfortable. The texture feels lighter than expected. It spreads smoothly and settles quickly without leaving a heavy or greasy film. My skin type leans slightly combination, and in my case it sits well without making the T zone feel overly coated.
