The palate opens with ripe black cherry, wild strawberry, and raspberry preserves, layered with hints of cola, baking spice, and subtle vanilla from oak aging. Silky tannins and a lush, velvety mouthfeel lead into a long, warming finish with touches of mocha and dried herbs. Made purely from Pinot Noir grapes, this wine shines when enjoyed slightly cool, ideal for slow sipping on its own or paired with roasted poultry, grilled salmon, or mushroom-driven dishes.
