Characteristics:
Harvested manually for the utmost care and quality, the olives are cold-pressed within six hours at our in-house mill using advanced MORI two-phase technology. The result is a golden-yellow, BIOAGRICERT certified oil, preserved under nitrogen to maintain its natural richness and purity.
