- Trà nõn tôm thượng hạng Lộc Tân Cương là đặc sản loại 1 của vùng trà Tân Cương Thái Nguyên. Trà nõn tôm có cánh nhỏ xíu, cong như nõn tôm, vị trà nhẹ dịu, hậu ngọt sâu mà tinh tế, sâu lắng. Trà nõn tôm có thể chinh phục bất cứ người thưởng trà nào, dù là người khó tính nhất.Trà Nõn Tôm Thượng Hạng (Tép Nhỏ)Trà nõn tôm thượng hạng được chế biến từ những đọt trà tươi của vùngtrà Tân Cương Thái Nguyên. Cánh trà nhỏ ti, xoăn tít. Có thể nói không có loại trà nào có hậu vị đậm đà , nhẹ dịu, ngầy ngậy ngay đầu lưỡi mà hậu ngọt lại sâu lắng như trà nõn tôm.Trà nõn tôm được chế biến rất tỉ mỉ và công phu. Những nón trà tươi non được thu hái từ sáng sớm cho đến chính ngọ, tránh thời điểm nắng gắt hay mưa to. Sau khi thu hái, trà được để trong chỗ mát cho ráo bớt nước rồi đem vào sao, quá trình chế biến cứ sao, vò rồi lại sao, cuối cùng là thành phẩm trà nõn tôm ra đời.
Đóng gói
Chè sau khi lấy hương bằng lửa xong sẽ được đóng thành từng gói thiếc nhỏ (tép) hút chân không với trọng lượng 10 gram/ gói. Việc hút chân không sẽ giúp cho độ ngon của chè được lâu hơn và không bị vỡ vụn trong quá trình vận chuyển cũng như giữ trà trong điều kiện bảo quản được tốt nhất.Sau đó đóng 25 tép nhỏ vào hộp mica trong rất đẹp và tiện lợi
