Druivenras: 70% sauvignon blanc, 30% chardonnay

Vinificatie: de druiven worden geplukt in drie verschillende rijpingsstadia om de complexiteit en het evenwicht te bevorderen. Sauvignon blanc; elke partij word apart gefermenteerd met een andere giststam en bij verschillende temperaturen om een divers smaakprofiel te garanderen. Langdurig droesemcontact helpt bij het toevoegen van mondgevoel en tertiaire smaken. Chardonnay; de druiven worden in twee afzonderlijke plukken geoogst om de complexiteit te bevorderen en het smaakprofiel te verbreden. De gisting vind plaats op vat en er worden drie verschillende giststammen gebruikt om de wijn complexer te maken. De wijn onderging een malolactische gisting op vat en rijpte vervolgens 10 maanden op vat voordat hij werd gebotteld.

Kleur: bleek en licht met een lichte gelige tint

Geur: de sauvignon blanc brengt florale tonen, kweepeer, granadille en mineraliteit; de chardonnay speelt zijn rol door de neus te ondersteunen met citrusbloesem en toetsen van citroenkwark die complexiteit en diepte toevoegen, maar tegelijkertijd zijn partner niet overheersen

Smaak: de pittige zuurgraad van de sauvignon blanc wordt getemperd door de mineraliteit en de volle body van de chardonnay
