Today, Cobain's legacy lives on in this newest revival of the iconic alt-rock instrument. The Jag-Stang is constructed with a resonant alder body in a one-of-a-kind offset shape. In hand, the Jag-Stang features a rosewood fingerboard and maple neck. Its twenty-four inch scale length makes this hybrid exceptionally easy to play and slinky in hand. A vintage-style single-coil pickup in the neck and custom humbucking pickup in the bridge combine for high-octane tones to smash through power chords or let your fiery licks fly. These two tonal powerhouse pickups can be adjusted and mixed with dedicated phase slider switches to find that perfect grungy balance, wherever it lands for you. I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable. At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

Bands are thin and they roll up easily. I’ve used them both on bare skin (which I googled was not recommended because it irritates skin) and on top of leggings and both times the bands roll up. The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.
