This MS-B11 Overlord is a new legends class figure made by Magic Square (MS-Toys, a relatively new 3rd party transformer studio focusing on pocket size toys).

It transforms into a truck with trailer, in homage to G1 Motormaster (member of the Stunticons),  this set is the main body of the combiner in homage to G1 Menasor (the trailer would transform into the main body of the combiner).
