Born on a Gangster Star flirts with a pop sensibility, but through the prism of Shabazz Palaces's fire and fury. For the Palaceer, that sense is all about how the groove is moving, and the supernatural telepathy that occurs amongst his cohort. After going through several cheaper grinder sets that never held a charge, struggled to grind properly, and eventually broke, I decided to invest in a higher-quality set. If you’ve been disappointed by cheap electric grinders in the past, do yourself a favor and upgrade to this set. It looks great, performs flawlessly, and is absolutely worth the investment.
